2. SEASON OPENER at Auburn:
Parents,
  For the Season Opener in Auburn, the Team will be staying at:

Parents are free to book their own rooms by contacting hotel personnel directly:  If you ask for Lindsey and identify yourself as a Spain Park baseball parent, they will give you a fate of $95 (+ taxes) per night for a room. A full breakfast is available for $8.95 + tax and tip per person.

You may also ask for the bed and breakfast rate which is $101 (+ taxes) per night and includes a full breakfast for up to 4 guests staying in the room.

Bullpen Club membership optons:
        $100 – 1 season pass;
        $150 – 1 season pass; 1 polo shirt and 1 (fitted) hat;
        $200 – 2 season passes; 1 polo shirt and 1 (fitted) hat.
For those who have not joined yet, please do - so that we can all enjoy the program benefits of 100% membership. Membership Form Your membership will support your baseball program - and you won't have to pay gate entry charges to regular season home games! 
4. Gold Card coupon sales for fund-raising:

5. Merchandise:
Sherri Poarch and Patricia Barrentine are organizing merchandise orders and sales. They will be sharing details via email and perhaps via the website.
6. SIGN SPONSORSHIP 
Renewals are $250 and new signs are $300. It is extremely important that each player "does their part". Each player is responsible for selling 2 signs!!!! THIS IS OUR BIGGEST FUNDRAISER OF THE YEAR.

7. CONCESSIONS/GATE/CLEAN-UP SIGN-UP; SCHEDULES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Based upon the number of baseball players and the number of slots that we have to fill (175), we need each player’s parent(s) to sign up for a total of 4 slots (clean-up, gate and/or concession stand) throughout the season.
